Fees are set and discussed before the first session or the evaluation.  Below is a general list of average costs  Dr. DiScalfani will consider a sliding-scale based on extenuating factors:

 

• Individual Psychotherapy Session (1hr): $525

• Family Psychotherapy Session: $585 (1hr)

​

• Psychodiagnostic services for mental health concerns: $2,300

​

• Autism Diagnostic Evaluation for Schools and OPWDD: $2,500. Turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks from completion of all assessment instruments to finalized report.  It will include an interview to cover the social history component, observation, and ADI-R or ADOS, and and adaptive behavior scale such as the Vineland with scores.  Currently, anything less than this is rejected by OPWDD for an ASD diagnosis.

• Hourly Rate for Misc. Such as Meetings, Consults with Attorneys: $500/hr prorated by 15min

• Other Services Available Upon Request

**If you have "Out-of-Network Benefits" Through your insurer, you may be able to have part, some, or the complete fee reimbursed**  Currently we will bill NYSHIP on your behalf, and once you meet your deductible you only pay the co-insurance at the time of sessions.  We are looking to do this with more insurers in the future.  For now, you will be provided a superbill to submit for reimbursement.  Details vary amongst carrier and specific plan.  Please verify**
