Fees are set and discussed before the first session, during the initial phone consultation. Fees usually range from $300 per session for general psychotherapy.  Evaluations vary on presenting issue, instruments used, length of report, and time.  They are about $375/hr, and turnaround time from intake to report is two weeks.  There is an included review session which is optional for the client.
